This website is a static information page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties: fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server.

Server log files

When you open the website, our host Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in data centres in Germany, processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data sent, the referrer and the browser identifier. This serves the secure delivery of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days. We have a data processing agreement with the host.

Contact by email

The buttons “Request a demo” and “Become a pilot customer” open your own email program. The website itself transmits nothing. When you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for it and no retention obligation applies.

Links to the help at docs.acriva.de lead to a separate website, where its own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
