Three levels, one platform. Start with a rule – and go as far as your business needs.
For most businesses a template is enough: who approves above which amount, who deputises, when reminders go out. Choose instead of programming.
Drag cards onto the canvas, connect them and give every step a name your team understands. Before you publish, Acriva checks that everything is complete – and that no invoice slips through without a human approval.
Check an invoice for mandatory details and against its order, watch the discount date, wait for the delivery note, take values from a data table.
Recipes by topic – approval, checks, account assignment, deadlines and reminders, filing – as the starting point for your own workflow.
Describe what the workflow should do. The AI proposes a draft that you review and adopt in the designer.
A script step in TypeScript, written in an editor with completion for your own fields, checked in the browser and on the server, run in an isolated sandbox.
Run the script on a sample invoice: logs, changed fields and the branch it chose.
A test run changes nothing.Upload Excel, map the columns, check the rows. Cards and scripts look values up – or you fill the table through the API.
The admin sets up external systems such as your ERP. The platform calls them outside the sandbox, and credentials stay encrypted.
No open network access from scripts.Every workflow as readable files in your Git repository. With the CLI and an agent guide, AI coding agents can work on them too. An import only ever creates a draft.
Acriva never publishes a workflow in which an invoice can end up approved without a human approval. AI and scripts never approve.
Whether it comes from the designer, from Git or as the AI’s proposal – a workflow only goes live when someone on your team clicks Publish.
Scripts run isolated with fixed limits, every run is logged, every version is kept.
Stored with Object Lock – not even we can overwrite them.
Every action lands in a chained, verifiable audit log.
Retention periods per document type are enforced automatically; deletion only through a flow released by two people, with a deletion record.
Time-limited auditor access and an export package for the audit software (Z1–Z3), plus a generated procedure documentation (Verfahrensdokumentation).
AI only through EU endpoints, with no training on your data. The AI never approves anything.
With a DPA, TOMs and a list of subprocessors.
One free seat across all clients. Switch clients, see approved documents, collect the DATEV export – with no licence costs.
